Rewards Arvato Services has completely redesigned Deutsche Bahn’s “BahnBonus” rewards shop in 2017. Since a management buyout in February 2019, Coloyal GmbH has been responsible for its portfolio with more than 300 different products in nine main categories and 30 subcategories.
Since then, Coloyal has also been operating and maintaining the premium shop, which brings the diverse range of attractive brand products, travel upgrades and magazine subscriptions to the desktop, tablet and smartphone of Bahn travelers.
