Rewards Arvato Services GmbH was founded in Munich in 2007 as a spin-off from the online multi-partner program “webmiles”. Our company name still points to the core of the original business model: the planning, procurement, storage and dispatch of rewards in bonus programs.
The requirements for CRM and loyalty programs have changed dramatically over the last 10 years – mainly through the digitization and rapid development of e-commerce. The collection, analysis and use of their own customer data has now become a top priority for many companies. We have consistently accompanied and constantly transformed with this development, from being a rewards provider to becoming a full-service partner for the outsourcing of complete customer loyalty programs.
This is also reflected in the composition of the employees at our Munich-East location. In addition to numerous buyers, logistics experts and customer managers, IT specialists, web shop managers, CRM consultants and our own marketing and customer service teams work here.
